What Is Dry Salt Therapy?
Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, means relaxing in air that carries microscopic particles of pure sodium chloride. A halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical-grade salt into a dry aerosol and fills an enclosed space with it, recreating the air of the Eastern European salt mines where salt therapy began nearly two centuries ago.
Without a halogenerator, a salt room is decoration: salt bricks and lamps set a calming mood but put no salt into the air. A HaloTherapyPRO halogenerator does that work, producing particles of 1–5 microns, most below 1 micron, from about one teaspoon of salt per session.
